Baked Trout with White Wine and
Fresh Herbs

Ingredients:
Serves 2
2 X 6oz /175g skinned fillets of sea
trout
2 tbsp. dry White wine
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tsp. Olive oil
½ tsp. each chopped fresh parsley, chives, dill &
basil.
Method:
Place the fish in the tray of the
Multi Purpose Cooking System and add the wine and lemon
juice. Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes. Remove the fish, and
add the herbs and oil to the juices. Heat on HIGH for 1
minute. Pour over the fish and serve with boiled potatoes
and vegetables.
